I attended Sul Ross State University in 1987 and played one year of football. I then transferred to San Angelo state. After one year I decided to work until I knew what I truly wanted to do.

I went to work for the Belk Cattle Co. for 1 year and then decided to enter Texas Christian University's Ranch Management Program. I graduated in 1989 and immediately went to work for the Hooper Cattle Company. In 1992 I went on a trip to Australia and backpack around for a year. I had met Melissa Ann Mace just before leaving and after 9 months came home to her. May 1 1993 we were married.

We have 3 children James Paul Lee born 9-27-1995, Kelsie Elizabeth Lee born 3-19-98, Jacob Paul Lee born 6-27-2000. We home school all 3 of our children.

I was saved in 1998 as Pastor David Walker lead me to the Lord while hunting on the Covenant Ranch.

We run a Ministry call Pacto con Dios (Covenant) thats main function is to take unwanted whitetail deer from ranches and process them into unible portions for the need and downtrodden, along with sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. In the past 4 years we have ground over 200,000 pounds of meat.
