William and his wife Angela have been married for 27 years.  They have three children: Joshua (25), Mallory (20), Hannah (18).  Currently he is serving as Pastor/Executive Director of River City House of Prayer in San Antonio, Texas.  He has been on staff at River City for 19 years, serving as Youth Pastor and Worship Leader for the first 5 years, and has served as Pastor for the past 14.  Part of his job at River City House of Prayer is to give pastoral oversight to the church’s school, River City Christian School, which is designed for children with learning differences and/or emotional struggles.  Under William’s leadership, River City House of Prayer has established a prayer ministry in the heart of downtown San Antonio, with a goal of having 24 hour/7 day a week intercession.

William graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio and holds a B.A. in Theology from Howard Payne University, and did some master’s degree work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. He has served in San Antonio as Youth Pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church and Shearer Hills Baptist Church.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of Blood-n-Fire Ministries and on the leadership team of the South Side Fellowship of Pastors and Churches.  Additionally, Billy also holds his Texas Real Estate License and works with Weichert Realtors Lisa Kaye and Associates here in San Antonio.
